Shipping & Returns
All of our macaroons are securely packaged and shipped to ensure that your order arrives to you in the best possible condition. If your macaroons do not arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. There is an additional fee for re-delivery to an incorrect address. Our macaroons are handmade for each customer, so please allow 3 to 4 days to process your order. Once your macaroons arrive, eat them immediately, put them in the refrigerator for up to a week or the freezer for up to a month. Eat at room temperature. If your macaroons are a gift, please specify desired delivery date and we will make every effort to honor your request.
Shipping Method and Charges
We ship all orders via FedEx. Addresses must be a street address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO or F.P.O. addresses. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ship all orders via FedEx 3rd Day service unless 2nd Day or Next day is specified.
